Kristin Dos Santos di E!Online per la sua rubrica 'Watch with Kristin' ha intervistato al Comic-Con Paul, Ian e Nina.Tutto parte da quel bacio tra Damon ed Elena ( Katherine ).
Di seguito le domande e le risposte di Paul sulla nuova serie di TVD e sulla season finale della prima serie.
Come gestirà Stefan quel bacio in veranda?
Paul: Per quanto mi riguarda, io ho il cuore spezzato per il bacio tra Damon ed Elena. Perché, per quanto sia sociopatico e maligno , e forse un assassino, lui sa che io lo amo. E' l'insulto peggiore. A questo punto Stefan non prova più empatia con lui e non si cura di lui.E' più come, sai cosa, io non ho intenzione di avere a che fare con questo ragazzo.
Cambierà i suoi sentimenti per Elena?
Paul: Elena, Elena, Elena. Lui la ama. E 'una sorta di trasformazione. Sta venendo a patti con se stesso, la stagione 2 è molto di più sull' accettazione. Questo è quello che sono. Lui ha intenzione di fare altre cose. Ridere, essere gioviale.
Ora che Katherine ha detto che è tornata per Stefan, lui è interessato?
Paul: E' un mix, lui pensava di essersi innamorato di Katherine a un certo punto, lei è la persona responsabile della sua immortalità. E' pesante. Lui la rivede con disgusto e allo stesso tempo con un pò di interesse.
Cosa vuoi per Stefan?
Paul: Io amo non necessariamente il lato oscuro, amo anche quello, ma mi piace che Stefan abbia altre tattiche oltre che essere vittima e accettare il peso ( della sua natura ). Ed essere più propositivo.

How's Stefan dealing with that porch kiss?
For me, I'm brokenhearted about the kiss between Damon and Elena. Because as sociopathic and malicious as he is, and maybe a murderer, he knows that I love him. It's the worst insult. At this point Stefan doesn't empathize as much or care. He's more like, You know what, I'm not going to deal with this guy.
Does it change his feelings for Elena?
Elena, Elena, Elena. He loves her. It's sort of a transformation. He's coming to terms with himself, season two is a lot more about acceptance. This is what I am. He's going to do other things. Laugh, be jovial.
Now that Katherine has said she's back for Stefan, is he interested?
It's a mix, he thought he was in love with Katherine at one point, she's the person who is responsible for his immortality. It's heavy. He meets her with disgust and at the same time a little bit of interest.
What do you want for Stefan?
I love not necessarily the dark side, I love that as well, but I like Stefan to have other tactics other than victimized and accepting the burden. And be more proactive.
